Support
We can help with the app, never see your journal.
Dialed keeps everything you log on your device. That shapes what support looks like: we can help with the app, but we cannot see or touch what is in your journal.
How to reach us
Email support@dialedjournal.app for help, bug reports, and feature requests. It is the same address the Send feedback button inside the app writes to, so use whichever is easier. We read everything.
To help us help you, include:
- The app version, shown on the About card in the You tab.
- Your iOS version and iPhone model.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Please do not email journal entries or anything else you would rather keep private. A description of the problem is enough.
What support cannot do
There is no account, no password, and no server. Everything you log lives only on your device, so support cannot look at your journal to diagnose a problem and cannot recover entries from our side. If the app is gone, the way back is a copy you made yourself: the automatic copy in your own iCloud Drive, if you had it turned on, or an export file you saved. That is the design, not a limit we can lift for one request.
The beta
Dialed is in public TestFlight beta for iPhone: no invite and no waiting list. Beta builds move quickly, so if you hit a bug, the build number TestFlight shows next to the version helps us place it. Feedback sent through TestFlight itself reaches us too; both routes land with the same team.
Privacy
Your data stays on your device, and we cannot see it. The full policy is on the privacy page.
